Harbor next to Arkadia Barge. If no staff are there, please enter Barka Arkadia. We meet at the lower level which can be reached by walking down the steps. Arrive 15 min early.
Redemption Instructions
Show your voucher, either printed or on your mobile device, to the Aqua Fun staff at the meeting point. No ticket exchange is required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure at the Aqua Fun Ticket Office, next to the Arkadia barge on Bulwar Czerwieński, at Smocza Street, below Wawel Castle. Look for Aqua Fun signs and flags. Do not wait on the boulevard away from the ticket office. Boarding closes shortly before departure, so late arrival may result in missing the cruise. Late arrival or no-show is considered the traveler’s responsibility and is not eligible for a refund.
