Redemption Instructions

Please remember that in order to leave town on time, everyone must be ready at their designated pickup location 30 minutes before the tour starts. We will be collecting people from different bus stops. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Pickup Information

-The pick-up process starts at 8:30 and continues until around 9:00 as we collect passengers from different locations. We kindly request that you be at your chosen pick-up location by 08:30 AM. It's important for us to have your email address on record so that we can send you an email 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. This email will contain a description of our car, including a photo and license plate number. We will also provide the name of the guide in the email. Our driver-guide will always stop, get out of the car, and search for you. They won't leave the pick-up point unless they cannot locate you. -If you are staying in the downtown area and you do not find the name of your hotel in the list, we will need you to use the bus stop designated to your specific accommodation. These bus stops were created by the city of Reykjavik to limit traffic of buses and larger vehicles in the sometimes narrow streets in the older parts of Reykjavik.
