Redemption Instructions
Please notify your order number or invoice number upon payment. Present your receipt and voucher upon check-in. Arrive at the starting point 5 minutes before the departure time. If you haven't decided on your pick-up location yet, you can update it later. Please note that you must contact us to update your pick-up information or do so yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour. The company will not be responsible for any missed tours, and fees paid will not be refunded. A reachable phone number is necessary for travelers. Know Before You Go 1. Late Passengers: We wait up to 10 minutes past the meeting time. However, we can’t guarantee exact arrival or departure times due to factors like weather, traffic, or other disruptions. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or costs due to delays, including missed connections or travel expenses. 2. Tour Operator reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another enroute. 3.
