Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
From December 1st 2023 NO TOURS will meet at Grey's Monument due to disruption from the Christmas market and from weekend demonstrations. After this date ALL TOURS will begin at Societe Cafe where the staff are selling hot drinks, including some festive mulled wine!
End Point
The tour will end at the castle keep, near the High Level Bridge which has views over Newcastle's quayside.
Redemption Instructions
Please show the booking details, paper or digital, to the tour guide on arrival. In the event of bad weather, please check the Facebook page @RedBeardTours, or contact me through the message option here on TripAdvisor to see if the tour is still going ahead. Weather cancellations will be very rare.
