CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations Department All reservations are subject to the following cancellation policy. By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Non-Refundable Experiences All experiences are considered non-refundable once the operational date of the experience has arrived. Operational costs such as transportation, staff coordination, guides, and logistical preparations are incurred in advance. Cruise Itinerary Changes The Reservations Department is not responsible for any changes made by cruise lines to their itineraries, including port cancellations, route deviations, or schedule modifications. If a cruise ship decides not to arrive at the port, this situation is considered outside the control of the tour operator and does not qualify for a refund. No-Show Policy Guests who fail to appear at the designated meeting point or are unable to attend the experience for any reason, including travel interruptions or cruise schedule changes, will be considered a No-Show and are not eligible for a refund. Reserved Capacity Many experiences require reserving limited capacity, transportation, guides, and operational logistics in advance. Once a reservation is confirmed, those spaces are removed from availability and operational costs are incurred. Force Majeure and External Factors The Reservations Department cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, cruise itinerary changes, port authority decisions, or travel disruptions. Acceptance of Terms By completing the reservation and submitting payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these cancellation terms and conditions.
