Pickup Information – Dubai Desert Safari • Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off are included from centrally located hotels, residences in Dubai. • Please provide your hotel name, apartment, residence, or preferred pickup location at the time of booking to ensure a smooth pickup experience. • Exact pickup times will be confirmed on the day of the tour based on your location and local traffic conditions. • Estimated pickup timings: Winter Season (November – February): 2:15 PM – 2:45 PM Summer Season (March – October): 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM During peak summer months, pickup may be adjusted up to 4:00 PM to accommodate weather conditions. • We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or email on the day of your tour for the latest pickup updates. • Important Safety Information: Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant travelers, guests with heart conditions, back or neck problems, or other serious medical conditions. Children under 3 years old are not permitted to participate in dune bashing activities. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the experience. Infant rates apply provided the infant does not occupy a separate seat. • For the safety of young children, special child seats are required in 4x4 vehicles and must be requested and ( booked ) in advance at the time of booking. • Children under 2 years old may join the desert experience; however, they cannot participate in dune bashing or off-road driving activities. One parent or guardian may accompany the child directly to the desert camp while the remaining guests enjoy the full safari program.
