Hotel pickups commence prior to the tour starting time, you must contact the local service provider 24 hours before the tour starting time to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

We offer hotel pickup from most hotels located in the center of Copenhagen. Pickups take place 30–50 minutes before the tour begins. You will receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours before the tour. Please make sure to CONFIRM the pickup reminder we send you (simply reply to the message) and double-check that the information you’ve provided is correct. Pickup Information – Grand Day Trip Around Copenhagen We offer hotel pickup from most centrally located hotels in Copenhagen, 30–50 minutes before the tour starts. You’ll receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours in advance. No pickups from hotels outside the city center (e.g., Crowne Plaza, AC Bella Sky) or hotels right next to the starting point, as it’s faster to walk than wait for pickup. Cruise passengers: If you'd like pickup from a terminal, please share your ship’s name so we can confirm if pickup is possible. No luggage or suitcases allowed on the minibus.
