Meeting and Pickup
Under the address is our rental shop, so when you arrive just show your voucher to one of our collage and the will guide you through on the rental process.
Redemption Instructions
Terms and Conditions: 1. This voucher is valid only for the specified rental date and location mentioned above. 2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time. 3. The voucher holder must be the same person as the ID or Passport presented for verification. 4. In case of any damage or loss to the rented bike during your usage, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs. 5. Capriolo Rent a Bike reserves the right to cancel or modify your reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we will make our best effort to notify you in advance. 6. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services offered by Capriolo Rent a Bike.
