For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

The listed price does not include a transfer fee if staying outside of Queenstown.  The supplier will inform you of any extra transfer fees on completion of the booking. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Please note we will provide you with an exact pickup time when you have chosen your hotel. If your hotel is not listed, please advise your accommodation details and we will get back to you with the nearest pick up point.
