Redemption Instructions

• Bike rental from Unlimited Biking Store located at 2800 Leavenworth St, San Francisco, CA 94133 • Government issued ID and credit card deposit required. Government issued ID will be held by supplier for the duration of the rental. ID will be returned upon conclusion of your rental. • No Customer under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present. • Our store hours are: April - October: 8AM - 8PM November - March: 9AM - 5PM •Riders must be at least 13 to ride an eBike Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
