Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Unlimited Biking is located at 757 Beach Street in Fisherman's Wharf near Ghirardelli Square.
Redemption Instructions
Please provide a valid ID and credit card when you come to Unlimited Biking. This is a daypass rental, available during our store hours. Our store hours are: November-March: 9AM - 5PM April - October: 9AM - 7PM Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
