This is a shared group tour, so there may be short waiting times. Pickup and departure times may be slightly adjusted as guests are collected in an organized sequence. The itinerary may also change depending on traffic, weather, or operational requirements. The estimated return time will be advised by the driver during the tour.

If the new Genting Highlands cable car is closed for maintenance, the old cable car will operate (with limited stops), and temple visits may be affected. Operations are managed by Genting and are beyond our control

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided after the tour has started, even in cases of weather or climate-related disruptions, emergencies, or any personal matters, as transportation and other services have already been booked. In any case where a refund is requested, full evidence must be provided by the guest to support their claim.
