Redemption Instructions

• You must contact Vienna Sightseeing Tours at least 24 hours before departure to arrange your pick up from selected hotels. Either you contact office@viennasightseeing.at or call them +43 1 712 46 83. If your hotel is outside of Vienna, you must make your own way to the activity meeting point: Vienna State Opera House. • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility to cancel the tour after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative tour or full refund • Regrettably, most tours are unsuitable for wheelchairs due to inadequate access to ancient historic sites. At least one person has to accompany the wheelchair and be able to give active assistance when necessary. • Hotel pickups commence prior to this time (We will confirm the exact pickup time from your hotel the day before your tour.
