Complimentary pickup from hotels/residences is only available for travelers who choose the 'Shared (with Hotel Pickup)' option. If you are staying out of that region, kindly take a cab and wait for us at Rolex Boutique Suria KLCC. If you need pickup from outskirt hotels, you may talk to the local operator about the charges which can be paid directly upon pickup. As this is a shared transfer, early or late pickup is not possible. Standard waiting time is only 5 minutes and it will be considered “No Show” if you are not at the lobby on time. Upon completion of tour, your driver will drop you off at the Petronas Twin Towers.
