Your journey begins with historic local watering holes, where the drinks are cold and the stories are chilling. Led by a seasoned storyteller with a taste for the macabre, you’ll weave through the island’s old saloons, seedy taverns, and atmospheric pubs—all with haunted histories and spectral sightings to match. Raise a glass where pirates once plotted and soldiers drank their last; sip slowly as you hear about tragic love stories, vengeful spirits, and restless souls that refuse to be forgotten. Meeting and Pickup
This tour will begin in front of the Shearn-Moody Plaza (25th & Strand), also known as The Railroad Museum.

The tour will conclude Shearn-Moody Plaza.
Redemption Instructions
Your tour guide will need the name on the reservation to check you into the tour. This is a walking tour that will operate in all weather conditions. Please dress comfortably. It is state law to have a valid photo ID with you to enter the bars. For guests who reside outside of the US, a valid passport is required for bar entry. Please bring comfortable footwear. Gratuity for your guide is strongly encouraged.

Itinerary
1. You will get to purchase and enjoy local and regional beers from around Texas.
2. You will hear about the ghost of a woman named Sara who can be seen roaming the building.
3. You will hear about the spirits of those who haunt the building.
4. You will discuss the history of the Saengfest Park and hear about the "hanging tree" where public executions took place.
5. You will discuss the Battle of Galveston in 1863 and hear about the ghosts of Civil War soldiers and other spirits that haunt the area.
6. You will get to purchase and enjoy drinks at 3 Doors Down which has the absolute best lemon drops (hand made with fresh lemons) and the "little beer", which is a tiny shot that tastes like soft serve ice cream.
7. You will discuss the history of the American National Insurance Annex building, also known as the Medical Arts Building. You will learn why it is known as the Suicide Building.
8. You will discuss ghost of Charles Francis Coughlan.
9. You will learn about the history of the Oleander Hotel located in the red light district. Researchers have made claims that this building is more haunted than the city's cemetery.
10. You will get the chance to purchase and enjoy drink at the Press Box which is a local favorite with a "Cheers" vibe located in one of the oldest building on the island.
