Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
If your reservation is for the 6:30 PM Golden Hour slot, or on a Tuesday (when Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed), the designated meeting point will be Changgyeonggung Palace. For the photo session, you may also choose either Deoksugung Palace or Changdeokgung Palace, according to your preference.
End Point
Once your photo session is complete, you will get information on how to get your photos. We will give you a Google Drive link and your photos will be uploaded a couple of days after your photo session.
