Redemption Instructions

For your scheduled tour with us: Please arrive early to allow time for parking, restrooms, and getting to the correct pickup area. Pickup Location: 1 Cordova Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The only public parking garage in the city. Exact pickup area: 
• Along the long driveway on the north side of the garage
 • Where trolleys and large buses load and unload
 • Facing the Renaissance Hotel entrance on West Castillo Drive When you arrive details: Please wait at the pickup area as if you are waiting for a taxi or ride share. We do not have a storefront or signage for our specific company. This is a public parking garage used only as a convenient pickup location, with public parking and restrooms available. Please look for the small blue open-air golf cart, not a large trolley, and wait in the pickup area as if you are waiting for a taxi or rideshare pickup. Your guide may be finishing a previous tour or making additional pickups and may not arrive immediately. Please allow up to a 15-minute arrival window. Need help? Contact us directly:
