1. Since 2001, Oyama Sausage Co. has been selling its artisanal pâtés, salamis, hams, prosciuttos, and sausages in the Public Market to the delight of locals and visitors alike. Over the years, Oyama’s talented team of sausage-makers have produced over 400 different products, many of which are made with exotic and free range meats.
2. Proud purveyor of Vancouver’s favourite Honey Dip and classic donut recipes since 1979.
3. JJ Bean is the place to be seen on the weekend for the coffee cognoscenti. The best service and the best espresso are all squeezed into a high-energy environment at the market. This is la dolce vita, the way life should be.

5. Hobbs couldn’t find a good tasting pickle on the West Coast so he started a pickle company to always have his own supply of good tasting pickles. Get New York deli pickles in multiple flavours old school, packed right out of the pails like Lower East Side NY. Visit us at the pickle bar, our original location in Granville Island Market.
