Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. If you are unsure who, or how much to tip, please do not hesitate to ask your tour guide for guidance. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Friendly Note: We’re happy to offer free pickup from hotels in Cairo Downtown and the Giza Pyramids area—the hotels listed are just examples. If you're staying near Cairo Airport or in 6th of October City, no problem! We can still arrange pickup for a small additional transfer fee of $20 per group (round trip). Just let us know your hotel details when booking!
