Pickup Information

Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please send me your full address in advance, and wait in the lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. Exhibition Pickup: For the Canton Fair or other exhibitions, send me your hall number and nearest gate in advance so I can find you quickly. Airport / Train Station Pickup (if applicable): I'll meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. 60 minutes of free waiting is included at the airport, 30 minutes at train stations. Communication: If you can't find me, message me immediately via WhatsApp/WeChat, or Viator messenger if we haven't connected yet. Special Requests: Let me know in advance if you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, or if your trip extends beyond Guangzhou to other Greater Bay Area cities (an inter-city surcharge may apply).
