Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starting time. • Please note that no refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals. • The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide or heavy rain it might be cancelled and refund will be provided. • Please note that in case of high tide (acqua alta) gondolas might not be able to complete the itinerary that passes underneath the Bridge of Sighs and an alternative route will be provided. • Please note that the audio-guided introduction is offered in English, Spanish, Italian and French.
