Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

We offer a free pick up and drop off service from all accommodation in the southern costal towns of Gran Canaria (Playa del Ingles to Puerto de Mogan) If you require a pick up please let us know so we can arrange this for you. If you are unsure we pick up from your accommodation and it is something you require please contact us before booking to check it can be arranged. We will contact you directly with your pick up time as it will depend on the location you are staying. Pick up times will be between 8:15-9:00 depending on where you are staying. We will confirm your exact pick-up time prior to your snorkel experience via Viator by e-mail. Please be aware we often have other customers to pick up at the same time so we kindly ask you to be there at the time specified by us via email. If you are more than 5 minutes late we cannot guarantee we can wait for you and you will need to make your own way to the dive site. If you are staying further away we can arrange to pick you up from the bus station in Puerto Rico. We can also advise you on which bus is best for you to use. There is a taxi point by the Europe Center where we are based if you prefer to travel by taxi.
