5. via the courtyard of Grace to the Horse Market and the courtyard of Pauw
6. The old church dates from the 13th century, making it the oldest church in Delft. Known for its leaning tower with the nickname 'Leaning Jan'. Johannes Vermeer, Piet Hein and Anthonie van Leeuwenhoek are buried in this church. A guided tour of the church is available on request. Admission is not included
7. The town hall located on the market opposite the Nieuwe Kerk is a beautiful building in the Neo-Renaissance style. Renovated by Hendrick de Keyser, who also made the mausoleum of William of Orange. If possible, we will take a look at the entrance hall, where it can still be clearly seen how earlier the judiciary took place. The oldest tower in Delft, Het Steen, is also located here. This tower served as a prison and the murderer of William of Orange was also locked up here.
8. A cozy square with many terraces where you can relax all year round.
9. The only remaining city gate of Delft. A unique photo spot!
10. The Hof van Klaeuw was founded by the owners of the brewery 'de Klaeuw' in 1605. The houses are inhabited by unmarried Roman Catholic women. The courtyard is an oasis of peace and a surprise behind the gate.
