Thank you for joining Ghost Tour Charleston! Your entertainment is a high priority, but safety always comes first. Charleston’s sidewalks and cobblestones date back to the 1600s and are uneven, cracked, and slippery. Trips and falls are a real risk. Vehicle-pedestrian accidents are also common downtown. Each guest is strongly encouraged to carry a light source other than a phone. By participating in this tour, each guest (or their legal guardian) voluntarily assumes all risks and releases Ghost Tour Charleston, its owners, contractors, and guides from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including pets. Participation constitutes full acceptance of this release. Meeting Location: City Gallery at Waterfront Park (34 Prioleau St, Charleston SC 29401) — meet on the city-facing side, fifteen minutes early. Yes, we simply meet at an intersection. Your guide (Adam) will have a tour badge laniard. This is merely a meeting spot, we do not have a physical storefront. The area is under construction but offers parking and nearby restrooms. Easiest route: from the Vendue Hotel, walk toward the ocean, turn right on Prioleau St; the gallery is on your left. Parking: East Bay/Prioleau Garage (25 Prioleau St). Tour Details • Approx. 1 hour walking tour of exterior sites only. No building or graveyard entry. • Rain or shine — bring appropriate clothing. • Tours start on time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. • If fewer than 8 guests are booked, the tour may be canceled by us by 5 PM with full refund or credit. • This is a family-friendly tour. Disruptive or intoxicated guests will be dismissed without refund. Restrooms available inside the Vendue Hotel lobby (The Revival Restaurant area).
