Guests should not bring luggage on this tour. Only personal belongings, small handbags, or small backpacks are permitted. The vehicles cannot store suitcases or personal items while the excursion is taking place, as they continue operating with other travelers at each stop. The transportation service is intended to carry passengers efficiently, not luggage.
As part of the security measures in effect from April 21, 2026, archaeological zones in Mexico prohibit entry with backpacks or luggage. For this reason, we recommend bringing only the essentials and keeping your belongings as minimal as possible, preferably small enough to fit in your pockets or a small bag. Only strictly necessary items are accepted, with possible exceptions such as diaper bags. Please consider that we cannot store, guard, or take responsibility for any personal belongings denied by security staff at the entrance.
Infants can join the group, keep in mind that since their entry is free, they must sit on the lap of their parents/guardians during transportation. Although our staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
In case the transportation service shows up for boarding, but for some reason you did not board on time or could not show up, you have the opportunity to reschedule the excursion for our next departure with availability (cost for rescheduling varies depending on the characteristics of the reservation).
