Walking through the vineyard, using simple and clear words, we will analyze agronomic techniques in relation to the biological cycle of the vine and techniques for the preservation and regeneration of rural resources.

In the cellar, we will discuss the fundamental principles of quality winemaking, at all the crucial stages of the grape-to-wine process: de-stemming-crushing, alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolactic fermentation, racking, maturation, and ageing.

In the tasting room we will taste 5 of our fine organic wines. We will stimulate the senses to capture every subtle olfactory-gustatory note of our products. A symphony of emotions that only great wines can give.
