· The time on this voucher is the time of the walking tour. · Please check-in with the guide at least 15 minutes before your tour time. · Walking Tours depart on time. Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival · If you upgraded to include admission to One World Observatory, this is NOT your barcoded voucher to One World Observatory · Your voucher(s) for One World Observatory will be emailed to you from reservations@attractions4us.com 24 hours before your Walking Tour departure time. · If you cannot find the email with your Observatory voucher(s) by 2pm the day before you are scheduled to visit, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM · Your entry voucher for One World Observatory is dated and allows you to arrive at any time during operating hours on that day – up to 90 minutes before closure. · As a courtesy, if you cannot make your scheduled day, the voucher for One World Observatory is valid for your one-time entry anytime during Observatory operating hours in the next 7 days. · You will be given an entry ticket to the Observatory for the next available entry ticket time or, if you prefer, at a time in the next 7 days.
