Redemption Instructions

Please present your Viator confirmation (printed or mobile voucher) to our BAS TOURS Global Travel representative at pickup. Our driver or guide will meet you in your hotel lobby holding a ‘BAS TOURS Global Travel Inc.’ sign. Travelers do not need to redeem or collect any separate entry tickets — all entrance fees are already included and handled by the guide.

Pickup Information

Pickup is included from all hotels and resorts in Hurghada, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, and Makadi Bay. Please provide your hotel name and room number (if available) during booking so we can confirm your exact pickup time. Pickup Time: between 04:00 AM and 05:00 AM You’ll receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation the evening before your tour. Our representative will meet you in your hotel lobby holding a “BAS TOURS Global Travel Inc.” sign. Travelers staying outside the Hurghada city area (e.g., Safaga, Soma Bay, El Quseir) may incur a small additional transfer fee. Please keep your passport with you for the road Security check and wear comfortable clothing for the early morning transfer.
