Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

We will pick up all the guests at the hotel or meeting point in Hanoi Old Quarter. Kindly provide the hotel name and address in Hanoi Old Quarter for pick-up arrangements, check your email or WhatsApp once you book the tour to confirm your pick up time and more details.
