Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Once you book your experience, we will send you your boarding pass to your provided WhatsApp number. If you do not provide it, contact us at +52 55 74459979 to send you your boarding pass. This pass must be provided upon arrival at the reception of the globopuerto.

Pickup Information

Pickup takes place between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m., depending on your location. Once your activity is confirmed, we will contact you to indicate the exact meeting point and the assigned time. We ask you to be on time, as the departure is scheduled based on the sunrise and it is not possible to wait. If you need to make any adjustments, please let us know in advance.
