Pick-up Location: • Hotels: outside in front of the hotel • Residences: at the main entrance • Riads/Medina Hotels: at the nearest accessible meeting point (details will be shared one day before the tour) Weather forecasts must be checked before confirming the pick-up time. You will receive a WhatsApp message one day before the tour around 9: 00 PM with your exact pick-up time and location. Please ensure your phone number is connected to WhatsApp and check your messages. If you haven't received a message by 9: 00 PM, please contact the sales manager directly: + 212 682 - 143521 (WhatsApp) ❗️Please ensure your phone has internet or Wi-Fi access at the time of pickup so our team can easily reach you. If you have an alternative WhatsApp number, please provide it to us 24 hours before the tour. Drivers can only wait 5 minutes at your pickup location.
