Pickup Information

Pickup is provided from all hotels, Nile cruise ships, and accommodations in Luxor. The exact pickup time is determined by the balloon company and usually falls between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, depending on your location. After confirming your booking, passport copies and your room number will be required to arrange the necessary flight permits and ensure smooth coordination. The final pickup time will be confirmed with you on the evening prior to the tour.
