Overview

The host lives in a wet rice farming village so they will tell you stories about the life of farmers here, how they convert their job from farming to working in tourism... Especially, they will show you how to produce white rice (Rice product ready to use in Viet Nam ) by traditional way with some old hand machine in the Host' house: -Firstly, we husking the rice to have brown rice -Secondly, we winnowing to separate brown rice from husk -Then we sifting and pounding brown rice to become white rice -Lastly we grinding white rice to get rice flour, and we use rice flour for cooking rice pancake later for your meal.
