Redemption Instructions

Please call the office at 907-745-5753 prior to your trip’s date to check water levels and reconfirm the trip is running. Check-in location is at a public rest area 100 yards down the Hope Road from the Seward Highway intersection. DO NOT drive the extra 16 miles to the town of Hope. We are located back at the main junction of the Hope and Seward Highway. Please allow an extra 30 minutes to ensure you arrive on time. Construction, summer traffic, accidents, and motor homes on the Seward Highway may cause delays, and guests should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled trip time for check-in and waivers. What to Wear Whitewater Rafting: Our Dry-suits are shells that keep you dry and dry only, with room to wear your own warm clothing underneath. Alaska rivers are cold so please dress warm even on hot days. Remember layers of clothing will help keep you warm and comfortable (we go rafting rain or shine). NOVA provides everything you need besides warm layers for the river including Dry-suits to wear over your clothes, PFD (Personal Floatation Device), river boots, & helmet. Layers made from fleece or wool (Not cotton) Long warm pants (no shorts) Tall warm socks (no cotton) Long sleeve warm top layer Sweatshirt or jacket (No hoodies) Sunglasses with ear strap Please make sure you meet our trip limitations stated on our website.
