Redemption Instructions

The driver will monitor your flight, enter the terminal 45 minutes after landing, and meet you at the arrivals point with a name board, just past customs. Do not exit the terminal, pickups outside are not permitted. Best meeting points: Terminals 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith. Terminals 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. The driver will wait an additional 45 minutes (total 90 mins after landing). If this time is exceeded without prior notice of delays at passport/customs, a fee of £10 per 10 minutes plus any parking charges will apply. If you can't find your driver or need help, call our free UK number: 0800 612 8914. Flight delays incur no extra charge, but there might be a short wait for the driver due to scheduling. If you're travelling with a mobile phone, share the number in advance so the driver can contact you on the day. Prices: Sedan: 1–2 adults, 2 big + 2 small suitcases. Minivan: 2–4 adults, 4 big + 4 small suitcases. 7-seater: 5–7 adults, 7 big + 7 small suitcases. 8-seater: 8 adults, 8 big + 8 small suitcases. Luggage size guide: Big: 29x21x11 in / 74x54x28 cm (25–55 lbs) Small: 22x14x9 in / 56x36x23 cm (15–35 lbs) UK law requires all luggage and large items (e.g., foldable wheelchairs, walkers) to be stored in the boot, not on seats. Drivers must comply to avoid license penalties.

Pickup Information

The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 30 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal)
