For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class. • Passengers must enter their pickup time in "note" section Ex: Pickup after 60, 75, 90,120 or 180 minutes from flight landed time, If we haven't received a pre - requested pickup time, we will be sending a driver inside after 60 minutes from flight landed time and passengers to pay any waiting charges as a cash payment to driver. (25 minutes free waiting time offered from the time driver walks inside the terminal)  • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport .
