If you have selected the Halong Bay departure option, please meet us at Tuan Chau Marina between 11:15 AM and 11:20 AM. For those departing from Hanoi, complimentary hotel pickup is available for guests staying in the Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District) between 7:45 AM and 8:20 AM. If your hotel is located outside this area, please meet us at the Hanoi Opera House at 8:20 AM. Please note that pickup times may be slightly delayed due to local traffic conditions, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. Due to the hotel location, some stress were blocked by Police so we will inform customer move to the nearest place to pick up. Customer kindly cooperating!
