Option 2: If you're already in Halong, please make sure to arrive at No. 12 Tuan Chau International Port between 11:30 - 12:00 noon. Option 3: If none of the above options, let me know your location & address. I will arrange a 3rd parties transport solution for you. NOTE: AIRPORT PICK-UP & DROP-OFF can be arrange on request
