Meeting and Pickup
For guests choosing to self drive the departure point, free parking is available on Buccaneer Drive, Urangan. Please allow time to park and arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time.

Bus pick up information – Important information for all pick up services - Please call Tasman Venture to confirm your pick up time. - Pick up window is 10 minutes either side of the pick up time – Please be ready and waiting outside the designated pick up location for the entirety of the pick up window. - Pick up and drop off times are approximate, Tasman Venture does not take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. - Our services are unable to wait for late passengers. - Passengers who miss the allocated pick up window will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense.
