Redemption Instructions

We offer pick-up service for participants staying in Downtown Monterrey and San Pedro Garza García (Valle Oriente) If your accommodation is not in these areas, please meet – right in front of Starbucks You'll receive a message or phone call around pickup time to coordinate with your guides. Just let us know in advance so we can help coordinate the logistics. Can’t wait to share this adventure with you! If a participant does not show up on the day of the tour, or arrives more than 15 minutes late, we will unfortunately have to cancel their spot without a refund. This policy allows us to respect the group's time and begin the experience safely and on schedule.
