Additional Pickup Details Hotel Pickup Time Pickup is scheduled very early in the morning, usually between 04:00 – 05:00 AM, depending on your hotel location and the confirmed flight schedule. Hotel Pickup Service A comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle from HurghadaToGo will collect you directly from your hotel lobby. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Pickup Locations & Fees Complimentary pickup from all hotels within Hurghada. A small supplement applies for nearby areas: €5 per person: Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Al Ahyaa €10 per person: El Gouna, Soma Bay, Safaga Airport Assistance in Hurghada Upon arrival at Hurghada Airport, our representative will assist you with check-in procedures and security clearance, ensuring a smooth and stress-free departure. Arrival in Cairo After landing in Cairo, you will be warmly welcomed by your personal driver or professional tour guide, holding a sign with your name or HurghadaToGo, and escorted to your private, air-conditioned vehicle. Return Transfer At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your return flight to Hurghada. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting to escort you directly back to your hotel. Important Notes To ensure smooth coordination and compliance with Egyptian health and security protocols, please provide your hotel name and room number in advance. If the room number is not yet available, simply write “N/A” and update us later via email or WhatsApp. Guests staying in private apartments or villas are kindly requested to meet us at the nearest hotel for pickup. Booking confirmation is instant, and most travelers are welcome to join. This experience is weather-dependent. In the rare event of cancellation due to unfavorable conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Please bring a valid passport on the day of travel. Flight times may vary slightly based on airline schedules. Pickup details will be reconfirmed one day prior to the tour.
