Redemption Instructions

Your Guide will meet you directly at your hotel or specified pickup location within Districts 1, 3, or 4 at the scheduled start time. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email 1-2 hours before the tour starts to confirm your exact meeting point and your guide's details. Please have your phone ready!

Pickup Information

Your Saigon Amazing Scooter guide will meet you at your address a few minutes before the tour. Please look for the guide in a pink uniform with our logo at your hotel lobby or gate. Some hotels don’t allow scooters to wait, so you may need to meet the guide in front of your accommodation. If you can’t find your guide, contact us via WhatsApp/Zalo.
