• This service ends at Hampton Court. You are free to continue exploring at leisure or return to London using the open train ticket. • It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • For help with meeting points or other urgent issues, please phone UK Free Toll +44 800 098 8019 • Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking and stairs. • Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour. • We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected; however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! *** If 'Without Transportation' is selected *** Please meet your guide directly outside the entrance gate of Hampton Court Palace which is located on Molesey, East Molesey Surrey, KT8 9AU. Your guide will be holding a City Wonders sign. To get to Hampton Court Palace from London, go to London Waterloo station and board a South Western Railway train heading towards Hampton Court, the journey typically takes about 35-40 minutes. Get off at Hampton Court Station. Once you exit the station, it’s a 5-minute walk to the entrance of Hampton Court Palace. Trains run regularly, but it's always a good idea to check the schedule in advance, especially during peak hours.
