MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR CARRIAGE 4 ADULTS OR 3 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN per carriage. Even though Viator system allows to book 5 adults , WE ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE 5 PEOPLE ONLY IF YOU HAVE 2 CHILDREN IN YOUR GROUP. That is the law in New York. We want to book families with kids. If you come 5 adults, you will be offered second carriage, you can pay cash or card for the second one. If it doesnt work for you PLEASE CANCEL the booking. PLEASE DONT INSIST.. Duration times are APPROXIMATE and INCLUDING picture stops, IF YOU DONT USE YOUR PICTURE STOPS ,YOUR RIDE WILL BE SHORTER IN TIME. IF YOU ARE LATE YOU CAN MISS YOUR RIDE AND ITS NOT REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTION. THREATENING US WITH BAD REVIEWS AND WRITING LOTS OF LIES ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING. ITS NOT RESCHEDULABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE IN LAST 24 HOURS. That is the viator policy. We have limited working time with horses each day due to the laws for animal protection. Thank you for understanding.. Your driver will text you about half an hour before your ride. Starting times can slightly change, your driver will inform you. You can add Photography Service for 99.99 dollars. Driver takes pictures pro-camera and give you the SD card. Carriages are covered and WE ARE STILL WORKING IN RAIN unless we contact you to reschedule your ride. This is a carriage ride, NOT A GUIDED TOUR. Drivers tell things about the park but if you want a relaxing ride ,please tell the driver. We are not booking only from Viator and its not a real time booking system. We are rearranging starting times usually a couple days before to prevent congestion. AVAILABILITY CAN CHANGE UNTIL LAST 24 HOURS, ALSO IN THE SAME DAY BOOKINGS EVEN IT LOOKS ITS AVAILABLE IT MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE. We will contact you with alternative times , reschedule or refund it.
