To avoid inconvenience, check the Zip code or Postal code of your hotel to confirm. * If your hotel is not within the complimentary pickup zones, it is CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to reach the alternative location. *Please MONITOR YOUR PROVIDED EMAIL for confirmation by the TOUR OPERATORS to inform you of exact TIME/MEETING POINT at your chosen location. It is recommended that a monitored EMAIL be provided. Allstar is not responsible for important messages missed that were sent to un-monitored email addresses. *A TICKET IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE on the tour [including kids] failure to disclose a child without ticket prior to tour may result in cancelation WITHOUT REFUND *Must be at least 5 years old. *ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are not allowed on board tour vehicles with exception of PRIVATE TOURS.
