Redemption Instructions
• If you did not select a pick up location upon booking, you must contact the local operator prior to your departure to find your nearest hotel pickup location; failure to confirm your pickup location at least twelve hours prior to the departure time may result in cancellation of your tour without a refund • Please note the contact info you provide is what we will use to contact you, if needed. Should you wish to provide an alternative phone number or email to reach you at while traveling, please give us a call. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

We pick up from downtown area hotels starting 15-30 mins prior to the start of the tour. If you do not see your hotel listed or if you are staying at an Airbnb, contact local operator at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour or immediately after booking if within 48 hours of tour time. The closest pickup location will be provided.
