East Tourist Boulevard towards the City of Miches, when you see a crossroads where there is a gas station called Total Energies, turn left towards the Higuey until you find us.
Redemption Instructions
• local supplier Information Call 1-829-520-1619/1-829-520-1415 • U.S and Canadian Citizens: Must bring a government issued photo ID and proof of citizenship (U.S birth certificate or naturalization certificate) or a passport for re-entry to the United States. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. Non-U.S. Citizens: Either a Passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation around 6:00 pm, the day before of the activity.

- We offer pickup from most hotels and accommodations in the Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, and Macao areas. - Don’t see your hotel? Try typing the name in the search bar of the dropdown to see if it comes up. - If your hotel is not listed or you are staying at an Airbnb, please type your address manually when booking. If pickup is not available, we will arrange a nearby meeting point. - Prefer to meet us there? You’re welcome to arrive directly at the ranch (departure site) on your own. - Pickup time and meeting details will be confirmed by email the day before your excursion.
