Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service The 9:30 schedule pick ups starts at 8:30 am

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

You must be 16 years old to drive the ATV, and must be accompanied by an adult.

We do not accept credit card of any type.(AE, VISA, MC)

Bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes

The maximum weight allowed is 300lb.

Pregnant travelers can't participate due to safety reasons

If a reservation has an odd number of persons, the odd person will paid a fee of 10 USD to have an individual ATV
