****IMPORTANT*** Please e-mail office@codtours.com or send a secure message through Viator call +1-702 384 3325 at least 48 hours prior to tour time to confirm your pick-up location **** Your pick up location will be one of the following : GOLDEN NUGGET - 7:25am - At the bus pickup area next to Chick-Fil-A STRATOSPHERE - 7:35am - At the uber/lyft pickup area CIRCUS CIRCUS - 7:40am - Out the front underneath the giant clown sign TREASURE ISLAND - 7:50am - Outside the main doors to the right of the taxi/valet pickup area BALLYS/HORSESHOE - 8am - At the Uber/Rideshare pickup area PARK MGM - 8:15am - At the UBER/Rideshare pickup area EXCALIBUR - 8:20am - At the Rotunda Bus Pickup Area (which is located behind Starbucks) Please note: It's important to be at the pick-up location at the correct time, but there is a possibility that the bus could arrive at your hotel a few minutes after that time, as it has to visit other hotels first and traffic can sometimes cause the bus to be delayed. • The Hoover Dam is a government-operated facility. Elevator closures to the generator rooms or the Powerplant may happen without notice due to mechanical or security issues. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
Pickup Information
We limit the amount of hotels we visit for pickups, so that we can spend more time at the Dam, and less time on the bus doing pickups. Our hotels for pickup are strategically placed up and down the strip including downtown, so your own hotel should be either right next door or a very short walk away from where you will meet the bus.
