Participants are required to complete a waiver and medical form which we will complete in person, they can be reviewed at: https://www.freeheelinadventures.com/waiver If hiking during winter please send us your shoe size for walking crampons. Please come prepared with water proof jacket and pants, warm clothing, hiking boots or shoes, lunch and water for the day, it can snow any day in the rockies. • Upon meeting we will have our guides meeting then convoy to the trailhead 15 minutes, transportation not included.
